Script Updates and New Block.io API

Hello friends.

Block.io made some changes to their services, and because of these changes I needed to update all scripts and addons that have integration with their service to allow all my products to continue working.

Taking advantage of the update I also included some new features in some scripts to further increase the options for configuring and using the scripts. See below for a list of each one's news.

It is important that all customers update their scripts to the latest version so that the integration with Block.io continues to work, because in October the previous API will be discontinued (according to the announcement made by Block.io via email to all users). If after the upgrade you encounter errors related to IP address, try configuring your Block.io account to restrict usage to your server's IP.

IMPORTANT: if you already have the script installed and working, download and apply the Update Pack(patch), do not use the file that contains the complete script, or you will lose all settings and need to reinstall everything again. And always read the update instructions contained within the update package file to know how to update your site properly.
